Privacy Policy
How Cloud Process Base approaches website information, local application data, cookies, retention, security, and privacy choices.
This Privacy Policy explains how Cloud Process Base handles information in connection with cloudprocessbase.click (the “Website”) and the Cloud Process Base local analytical application (the “Application”). It also explains choices and rights that may be available to you.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to the Website and Application. It does not govern websites, platforms, or services operated by other organizations, including the Microsoft Store or Binance. Their own privacy terms apply when you use their services.
2. Information handled by the Website
The Website contains informational pages and static contact details. It has no contact, registration, newsletter, payment, survey, or other data-collection form.
Like most websites, hosting infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver pages and protect service availability. This may include an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, referring page, and error or security events. Cloud Process Base does not use the Website to request financial account credentials, private keys, portfolio files, or payment details.
If you choose to contact us by email or telephone, we receive the information you voluntarily provide through that communication, such as your address or number, message, and any details you include.
3. Information processed by the Application
The Application is designed to work with compatible records that a user chooses to make available locally. Those records may contain portfolio-related entries, labels, dates, and other information present in the source material.
Cloud Process Base does not hold or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, access private keys, connect wallets, or execute transactions. The Application is a local data tracking and analytical utility, not an online account service.
4. Purposes of processing
Limited information may be processed to:
- deliver and maintain the Website;
- detect errors, abuse, or threats to Website availability;
- respond when a person contacts us directly;
- enable local organization, summaries, and historical review within the Application;
- meet applicable legal obligations and protect legitimate rights.
We do not use local portfolio records to provide financial advice or execute financial activity.
5. Local processing and user control
Application records are intended for local use. You choose which compatible records are made available, how local files are organized, and when they are removed. You are responsible for device security, operating-system access controls, and appropriate backups.
Local processing does not mean that every device or file is immune from loss or unauthorized access. Users should apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of their own records.
6. Cookies and analytics
The Website does not currently set cookies for analytics, advertising, personalization, or account management, and no third-party analytics service is integrated. Essential infrastructure may use transient technical mechanisms where required to deliver or secure the service.
If these practices materially change, this Policy will be updated to describe the relevant technology and choices.
7. Third-party services and links
The Website links to the Microsoft Store homepage. Following that link sends your browser to a service controlled by Microsoft, which may process information under its own policies. A reference to Binance identifies data compatibility only; Cloud Process Base is not affiliated with Binance and does not obtain account data from Binance through this Website.
8. Retention
Locally stored Application records remain under the user’s control and are retained until the user changes or removes them, subject to device and backup behavior.
Direct correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the communication, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal requirements. Technical server records, if generated by hosting infrastructure, are retained for a limited operational or security period appropriate to their purpose.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the Website and information handled. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should secure their devices, restrict access to local files, maintain reliable backups, and avoid sending sensitive portfolio records or credentials through ordinary email.
10. International considerations
Website infrastructure and third-party services may process technical information in countries other than your own. Privacy laws and protections may differ by location. Where required, appropriate measures will be used for information subject to cross-border transfer rules.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction concerning, or a copy of personal information associated with you, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. These rights can be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
Because Application records are kept locally under your control, you can generally review, change, or remove those records directly on your device. For information held through direct correspondence, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm enough information to identify the relevant record and protect it from unauthorized disclosure.
12. Children’s privacy
The Website and Application are not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the Website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
13. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be revised to reflect changes in the Website, Application, legal requirements, or privacy practices. The effective date at the top will be updated when a revised version is published. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice where required.
