Features

Useful structure for the records you keep

Explore multi-account organization, historical summaries, local review, and other record-keeping capabilities in Cloud Process Base.

Multi-account record organization

Maintain separate logical groups for compatible exports from different accounts. Clear grouping preserves context: a record remains associated with its source instead of disappearing into an undifferentiated collection.

Cloud Process Base uses the information supplied for review; it does not sign in to accounts or combine access credentials.

Historical views

Arrange past entries by period so earlier information is easier to find and interpret. Historical views support retrospective review and personal documentation without predicting future outcomes.

Consolidated summaries

Transform organized entries into compact informational summaries. A summary can reduce the work involved in revisiting a large archive while preserving a path back to the underlying record groups.

Summaries are derived from available data and are not statements of account value, tax documents, trading signals, or financial recommendations.

Source-aware records

Keep useful context alongside imported information, including the account grouping and relevant time period. This makes it easier to understand what a record represents when returning to it later.

Local offline review

Review locally available information in a desktop-oriented workspace. The product is designed around local record keeping rather than transactions, wallet access, custody, or payment activity.

Local use reduces unnecessary movement of review data, but no software environment can be described as risk-free. Device access, backups, operating-system maintenance, and source-file handling remain the user’s responsibility.

Personal archive maintenance

Use a consistent process as new exported records become available. Organized archives are easier to inspect over time and less dependent on remembering the naming conventions of individual files.

Deliberately outside the feature set

Cloud Process Base does not:

  • access private keys or wallet credentials;
  • hold or process funds or cryptocurrency assets;
  • execute purchases, sales, transfers, deposits, or withdrawals;
  • provide investment advice or financial recommendations;
  • operate as Binance or as an official Binance service.

The Binance name is used only to identify compatibility with relevant exported records.
